Who is most commonly seen working as attendants and detailers at car washes? High School and College Students who work part-time. What type of Manager do you want overseeing the operations of your business? Someone who works well with youth and who has the acumen and mannerisms necessary to be a long term employee.

Drive Thru Car Wash will select two Senior Managers who will employ and supervise our part-time employee base of young people who are energetic and detail oriented. Our plans are to rotate certain part-time staff between the coffee shop and the car wash while identifying strong points that will allow our managers to place employees into positions where the employee and employer are both happy.

Fast quality service will result in repeat customers and the spread of a positive word about Drive Thru Car Wash while relaxing, and friendly service in our Coffee Shop, will make customers want to return more frequently.

Drive Thru Car Wash will create a professional image by supplying shirt and hat apparel to our employees that matches, while remaining different from the apparel worn by our Senior Managers. Each employee and manager will be issued a set of shirts and one ball cap that will be replaced when they become old or damaged. This will create an environment of professionalism and will be appealing to our Patrons.
